What a great time was had at the Little Gransden GAvA Sketching & Social day; one of the best I would say!

Some super work was produced on the day and everyone seemed to be really comfortable in the tame summer atmosphere. The highlight of the day was Mark Jefferies breathtaking air display! We were all in awe at his amazing aerobatic skills.

My thanks also to Chris, Mark’s engineer, who showed his racing motorcycles including his 70s 400cc Husqvarna Motocross machine which I portrayed. I was lucky enough that Chris liked it so much that he bought the painting. I have many memories of my own motorcross years in the that era so nearly every nut and bolt was quite familiar.

My thanks again to everyone for their continued support and a very special thanks to Mark Jefferies for hosting and displaying his amazing talent.
