We have been obliged by Shuttleworth to change the date of the Annual exhibition 2025 due to availability of a slot in their programme for 2025. We also have to revert to one weekend rather than the more expansive enterprise originally suggested. Given the late notice, the committee feels it is still worth pursuing.

The dates are now as follows:
5th June
Set up from 09.30 and hang exhibition
6th June
Buyers’ Preview & Opening reception
7th & 8th June
Open to public
9th June
Take down and dismantle panels from 09.30

It is effectively four weeks earlier than 2024. We have looked carefully at preparation time, and to give artists as much time to prepare, we will move entries (online) to 1st – 12th April, which is just two weeks earlier than 2024.

It is likely that we will also revert to mirror plates for hanging pictures.
