As is tradition, the first South East Region event of the year was a trip to the RAF Museum at Hendon. Fourteen Guild members attended our visit on 22nd February, with numbers boosted by friends and family members.

Always popular, the museum provides a wealth of aircraft to paint and sketch and the Boardroom was made available for our use during the day.

We spent a very productive hour at the end of the day discussing the year ahead including the AGM and Annual Exhibition and reviewing the excellent and varied work produced during the day, before being ushered out by staff keen to close the museum.

Thank you to the Hendon team for hosting our visit. We will be back again on 22nd November.
