The final 2024 meeting in the Midland Region was held on Saturday 23rd November at our usual November venue, the RAF Museum at Cosford.

Artists met up at 10.00am and, following introductions and notices, dispersed to various locations for the day’s painting and sketching.
Starting around mid-afternoon a critique of the day’s work was run by Phil Hadley and Bob Spendlove.

In summary, another great day at the RAF Museum Midlands Cosford with Guild artists working with a variety of media, techniques and approaches (recognising that as well as opportunities for completing a ‘finished’ picture in a few hours these days are also opportunities for information gathering for studio work).
